HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

Our Services may use cookies and other technologies where applicable and all information collected from this use will be Non-personal Information.

For example, if you purchase our series through Apple TV you will be subject to Terms and Conditions ofthe said App Store.

CONCERNS, DISPUTES & ARIBTRATION

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled at our discretion (i) at your domicile's competent courts; ii) a court of competent jurisdiction in England or (iii) by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for London Court of international Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in London and in the English language.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST enablinGenius LTD., ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

The governing law of this agreement shall be the substantive law of England.
